The tenants of WOBA DRESDEN enjoy comprehensive - and in Germany exemplary - tenant protection rights laid down in a Social Charter. This Charter largely replicates the content of the GAGFAH SOCIAL CHARTER and was adopted by the Dresden City Council on September 22, 2005.
