Steve Charlton appointed CFO of GAGFAH Group

GAGFAH S.A. is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Charlton as GAGFAH Group's Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Management Board of the German subsidiaries. Steve Charlton's experience includes serving successfully as CFO of Eurocastle Investment Ltd., one of the largest listed owners of German commercial real estate. GAGFAH CEO William Brennan adds, "We are pleased to have Steve on board, increasing the depth of GAGFAH's management team as well as bringing a wealth of applicable experience to the role.
